  • Before the Workshop
    You will receive pre-work (optional, but useful if unlearning before you start helps you). It is designed to prime your thinking and get you ready for the experience ahead.

    You will also get a full breakdown of what to expect. No surprises, no pressure. We want you to show up fully as yourself, without any expectations or assumptions.

    During the Workshop
    You will get your Thought Binder (our version of a workbook, journal, and space for notes). This is not about following along with a template. It is about making the work yours, your insights, your takeaways, your breakthroughs.

    We also make sure that food and drinks are available during breaks, because real transformation does not happen when you are running on empty.

    After the workshop
