You’ll complete a short guest questionnaire, then you’ll be directed to pay your deposit.

The deposit is £500.

This is required to confirm your place.

Deposits are non-refundable because all and. gatherings are intentionally small, private, and held with care. Once a space is taken, it cannot simply be replaced.

This isn’t a high-marketed event.

It’s referral-based, nearly invisible, and first come, first held.

This is not a conference.

Not a retreat with dozens of strangers.

It’s a small room of people who feel something in the work and arrive ready. We hold space for 15 on this Greece gathering .

Your space includes:

• Meals shared within the gathering space

• The group journey day, including the ferry crossing where applicable

To keep things clear, the following sit outside the gathering fee:

• Travel to and from Greece

• Airport transfers and local transport

• Meals taken outside of the gathering house

• All extra activities are optional

• Additional nights before or after the official dates
