Join us for the and.gathering live event-not, another networking event- oh no, this is very different.
This is a 3-day immersive event.
Whatever you are experiencing in life, leadership or business, it gets sorted at the gathering.
The and.gathering is a way to boost all you do. Being exclusively with and.founders Dave and Debbie in an intimate group maximum of 12 people. They share their past 12 months and future work before anyone else gets to receive it.
Why does the annual and.gathering exist?
Dave and Debbie genuinely believe in the positive effect of sharing and working with individuals to benefit the many- this is a tagline they’ve used for years, and it works. From multinationals to the joy of working with small business owners, they want everyone to benefit and grow. Plus, they know the realities and challenges of running a business, whatever its size brings.
What happens at and.gathering Mallorca?
With a combined 40 years of experience in coaching businesses and individuals internationally, Dave and Debbie share in a unique way and create magical events.
It’s an intimate gathering with a maximum of 10 people attending. Each of the 3 days is set out intentionally. With conversation, coaching, being, and doing, combined in the location, you will benefit from living in Spanish time, early morning, lazy siesta afternoons, and social evenings.
The and.gathering was set up to bring global partners and clients, new and old, together to unlearn and specifically help yourself live the future you want to live.

and.gathering is a 3-day immersive event, which means it is focused on the internal work we need to build up, balance, maintain, grow or just reset where we are at.
The event costs and details
You pay a £500 deposit to reserve your space

The event costs £3500 which includes
o 5* accommodation and deluxe private room (King double or twin)
o Breakfasts whilst at the event
o Evening group dinner
o All exclusive coaching content
o Private session with Dave and Debbie
You can bring a guest/partner or spouse to stay; although your booking is for the coaching of one, they would be free to enjoy Mallorca whilst you attend the sessions over the three days.
Does not include
o Travel, flights or transfers
o Lunches as the event breaks at siesta time
o Any extras personally accrued from room stay
