The and.gather is a way to boost all you do with the and.founders sharing their global work to a local level. Held monthly at their Perthshire home, they share their hospitality and global work for the benefit of the local business community.

Why does the and.gather exist?

Dave and Debbie genuinely believe in the positive effect of sharing and working with individuals to benefit the many- this is a tagline they’ve used for years, and it works. From multinationals to the joy of working with small business owners, they want everyone to benefit and grow. Plus, they know the realities and challenges of running a business, whatever its size brings.

What happens at and.gather @eastershian?

With a combined 40 years of experience in coaching businesses and individuals internationally, Dave and Debbie shared in a unique way, firstly, in their home.

Fact: did you know Debbie also won the TV cookery show The Taste cookery program with Nigella Lawson, Antony Bourdain and Ludo Levbre? She cooks up a storm for the and.gather- if this is your only reason initially, it’s worth every penny!
